and rates for your dates! Cancellation Policy: Your deposit, less a 25%
cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less
prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or
early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken
